All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
In certain circumstances, such as unforeseen events or force majeure, we may need to cancel a tour. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Pearl of Africa Adventures is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during your trip.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and have obtained all necessary vaccinations and medications before traveling to Uganda. You must also comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by local authorities and Pearl of Africa Adventures during your tour. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death that may occur during your trip.
You are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner during your tour. We reserve the right to terminate your tour if your behavior is disruptive, offensive, or violates local laws or customs. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Pearl of Africa Adventures or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
Pearl of Africa Adventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your tour. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, or transportation companies.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
